Ofinbo sources electronics in the UK and sells them to buyers in Nigeria and other markets, in single units and in wholesale lots. Contact: support@ofinbo.com, London, UK.

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can sign in with an email and password or with Google.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

• Many items are used or refurbished. Each listing describes the item and its condition grade. Photos and descriptions are a guide.
• Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (NGN) and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Stock is limited. If an item turns out not to be available after you order, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

• An order is confirmed once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, Paystack.
• Items in an unpaid order are held for a short time and then released back to stock.
• Wholesale lots may be arranged through WhatsApp. For those, the price and availability are confirmed with you directly before you pay.

• We ship from the UK by air or sea. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and carriers.
• Some goods, such as items containing batteries, need extra checks before they can be shipped. We may ask you for information or decline to ship an item that does not meet shipping rules.
• Import duties, taxes or local charges in the destination country are your responsibility unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us at support@ofinbo.com as soon as you can, with your order number and photos where possible. We will look at each case fairly and, where the item is faulty or not as described, put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break or probe its security, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

We take care in describing and shipping our goods, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
