Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and a password (stored only in scrambled form, never in plain text).
• Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, contacts or files.
• Orders and delivery: the items you order, your delivery address, city, postal code and any delivery notes.
• Payments: card and bank payments are handled by our payment provider, Paystack. We receive a payment reference and the result of the payment. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Messages and requests: anything you send us through the contact, product request or wholesale account forms, or by WhatsApp.
• Site activity: the products you view and your sign-in session, so we can show recently viewed items and keep you signed in.

• To create and secure your account, and to process, ship and support your orders.
• To contact you about an order, a request you made, or a problem with your account.
• To keep records we are required to keep, for example for accounting and customs.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed, with the services that help us run the shop:

• Paystack, to take and confirm payments.
• Shipping and logistics partners, to deliver your order (they receive your name, phone number and delivery address).
• Email, hosting and messaging providers that deliver our emails and run the website.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as the cookie that keeps you signed in and a short-lived cookie used while you sign in with Google. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account details while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting, customs and legal reasons. When we no longer need information we delete it or make it anonymous.

You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose. Email support@ofinbo.com and we will reply as soon as we can. We may need to keep some records we are legally required to keep.

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.

Our shop is for adults and businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
